The storage and use of toilet paper, garbage bags, vacuum bags, cleaning materials, sponges, dish clothes, floor clothes, shammy and buckets.
Replacement of defective lamps in the rented and the commom areas.
Upholstering, furnishing, bed linen and towels.
Maintenance of gardens, balconies and sidewalk.
Cleaning of windows outside.

Service for appartements with a common entrance:
